姜是一种不可缺少的调味品。它辣味喷香，味道鲜美，烧鱼、煮肉、除腥、去暄，都离不了它。在丰收节的河蟹家宴上，各家各户都在餐桌上备有一小碟姜粒子普油，这才使河蟹的味道更加鲜美。

蜜橙浑身都是宝，果皮晒干后可以入药或泡茶，果肉可以食用或者榨汁。
