我觉得这是我们玉环最美的沙滩，宽阔的沙滩上满是晶莹、细小的沙子，一脚踩上去，就像才上了松软、舒适的地毯，一个浪打来，海水冲到我的脚上，凉爽、舒适，水退了，带走的沙子从我脚边滑过，有些痒痒的，也有些沙子留了下来，使我的脚往沙子里陷进了一块，又一个浪打来，脚就又陷进去一块，一连几次，连脚背也被沙子淹没了。

每逢节假日，大人们都会把小朋友们带到沙滩上玩耍。有的堆起了碉堡，有的画起了沙画，一会儿画花，一会儿画蛇，有的搭着帐篷，在海边烧烤呢！不信你闻，香气扑鼻而来。还有的挖起了“陷阱”，他们把陷阱挖得很深很深，挖好了，他们就去四处奔跑，等待有人掉下去，结果，没注意脚下自己挖的陷阱，扑通一声，摔了个狗啃泥，逗得伙伴们哈哈大笑。

这就是美丽的黄金沙滩，这就是我家乡的黄金沙滩。

下面我给大家介绍一下怎么做大锅菜，要事先浆好粉条，把红薯粉条放在大盆里，温水浸泡，使之变软。做好卤水豆腐，分割成大块上锅蒸，减少水分，再切成小块，油锅煎黄。菜一般用大白菜，也可以是冬瓜茄子，择好洗净，大锅菜关键的一道工序是炒肉，一般是用五花肉，肥瘦兼有，锅烧热了放入葱姜蒜，首先倒入肉，肉色发黄，倒入面酱，炒到七分，再倒入酱油，漫肉一寸，然后把粉条肉块丸子豆腐海带丝白菜一起放入，加盐和各种佐料，锅里的菜经过烟熏火燎和柔柔的细火慢炖，沸腾翻滚中，飘溢出一阵阵沁人心脾的菜香。味烂在锅中，多种营养复合味道简约而不简单。左后加上葱花香油香菜，油汪汪的大锅菜，酱色的.粉条，金灿灿的豆腐，漂浮着丸子，看着都馋。

我问妈妈大锅菜的历史，于是我们百度一下居然是历史悠久的汉代传统小吃，距今已有一千多年历史了。吃大锅菜的风俗还与民间灶火有关，逢年过节亲朋聚会，婚丧嫁娶的宴席中，最少不了的便是大锅菜，我也吃过一些各式菜，但吃的最舒服的还是家乡的大锅菜。那飘香的味道，那蕴含的感受，那传承的意义，永远也改变不了。大锅菜是一种超出饮食文化那种憨厚的性格，真不可思议！

my home village is a beautiful village far from the town. there is a clear brook arcs around the village， making the vil]age like a peninsula.

on one side of the brook， are farmlands stretching as far as the eyes can see with farmers busy in the fields. the sunshines brightly through the pure， fresh air. after dark， i liked to roam around the fields along footpaths. the feeling was excellent.

on the other side of the brook， there are many trees. there are lots of green bamboo groves. the trees offer nice shade in the summer， and birds like singing in them. the bamboos sway gently in the fresh summer breeze. the brook runs calmly anti quietly through all this greenness， making a very nice picture.
